Hi Everyone,

I've been doing REI for a couple years now and I've slowing, but surely read all of BP's books about REI. I'm looking to continue to expand my knowledge on my favorite subject so I'm looking for suggestions. What's your favorite real estate investing book that wasn't published by BiggerPockets Publishing? Thanks in advance!
