Hey ya'll - I just wanted to see who else has read this book? I read through it last night - after the recommendation from multiple BPers including Jon Klaus - and thought it was excellent. It's actually funny how close it resembles my own investing strategies.

The one thing I didn't understand completely - he talks a lot about "trading properties" instead of selling. Is this just an old time thing, or do people still do this today?

Anyways - if you haven't read it - check it out. Good book. :) Thoughts?

I found mine on eBay for $25. Shop around and you can find a deal. You might have to wait for the deal though. Its easily worth $100. Remember, the bigger part of the investment you make in a book is the time you spend reading it, not what the book sells for. This one is packed with content. Some outdated, but the basic principles could make you $10mm in today's market.
