Turn Key Bird Dog Programs

Does anyone know of or reccomend a "Turn Key" type "Bird Dog " or "Property Locator " Program ,where the investor can place a Craigslist Ad ,,,the candidate replies and all his "FAQ's" are already addresses and answered in the program.

Ive stumbled upon some good one in the past surfing the Net ,but they've disappeared.

Id love to have some eager youngsters help me find fixer type property ,but I dread all the hand holding and explanations ahead of me.

Please advise,,,,any help greatly appreciated
