Tracking/Organizing Leads

Is their an effective way I can organize and track my leads that I get from driving for $. I am trying to use the same mailing schedule as my yellow letters. 30,60,90 days but I want to organize the leads by address, 1st,2nd,3rd mail outs, responses, etc. Any advice help would be gladly appreciated.
