Anyone Familiar with the company U.S. Home Searchers

The company offers zip code leads for only five bucks a month. Plus once you buy a zipcode, no one else can recieve leads from those zipecodes. The deal seems a little bit too good to be true so I'm just wondering if anyone has used this lead service and has it served beneficial to you.
