'Mogul' Board Game: Has Anyone Played This?

My wife just picked up the board game from Filene's Basement. Definitely seems more involved than Kiyosaki's 'Cashflow 101' (which I really like). Anyone got the Mogul game?

Amazon is actually selling it for $10 less than my wife purchased ours for:
