Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone’s day is going swell.

I am a newbie and try to learn as much as possible from BP. I saw BP has a book called tax strategies for the savvy real estate investor which was written in 2016. I’m very interested in tax implication on real estate active/passive income. However, I’m not so sure how relevant this version is going to be for future tax implication as new tax law came through in 2018. I know this comes with bonus pdf and videos that explain the changes but wondering if main book is relevant anymore. If not, is it still worth it to buy for those bonus PDFs and videos? Are they cover the full range of new tax implication related to real estate? If you have any experience from buying this book. Please share!

Thanks,

Ji
