Has anyone purchased this system? Described in the videos that this system will help investors buy, fund and sell (national lenders and buyers). For myself as I'm sure alot of investors, finding the funds for a deal and then to find an end buyer has become an obstacle these days. Would appreciate any feedback. thanks

There’s no need to take a seminar for this info. How do you think this guy finds his sources?

You can find a state-by-state list of lenders for both residential and commercial, hard money, etc., at Scotman Guide. The search engine on this site is great and can be closely focused to your needs.

Obviously, private money is best found locally. I wouldn’t believe anyone who say they have a national list of these sources.
