Hello, I’ve done a few deals on my own over the years, but never heard of being able to actively buy properties before they hit the market etc. I found Dean Grazioisi’s course RE Profits from Home. Seems decently comprehensive. Just a how to for wholesaling. Is he a decent educator for coaching at $3k for 6 months, or is this just a gimmick for up selling later?
