Justin Williams’ House Flipping Formula

Has anyone recently completed the House Flipping Formula course?  I’ve been reading books(J. Scott, Anson Young, etc), listening to tons of podcasts (BP, Flipping Junkie), and reading the forum.  I feel like I have a firm grasp of the basics of marketing, deal analysis, negotiations  and renovations.  Is the course just a rehash of the basics or does it go deeper?  Does it break down everything in order to make it easy to implement quickly?  I’m really interested in learning how to systematize as much as possible.  Does this program focus on systemization or does that get covered at the next level?  Finally, is the course worth the cost?

@Garrett Pearson, send me a PM if you want to jump in.  We do open the doors a couple times a year but will let people in one by one as well.  We will just have someone onboard you directly.

I really want to get involved with the program and definitely Flip Hacking Live next year.  Need to do some deals quick so we can start investing in these great educational opportunities!

I recently went to FHL in San Diego.  That alone was one of the best events (if not the best) I have gone to.  The speakers were great and provided more information in 3 days than are in some of the more expensive coaching programs.  I'm not a member of any of the coaching programs but considering how much was given at the FHL event I would guess that the programs are filled with great info.

I personally know a couple of newer investors that are in the coaching and they love it.  I have bought properties from them so they are definitely "now" doing the business.  I also was able to see, at least for one of them how available the coaches are to answer their questions.

I have no affiliation with them other than going to their extremely well run event.

@John Reynolds It’s been about 6 or more months since you first posted this thread. I’m looking at joining the program as well. I just want to see if you joined and how it’s worked for you if you have.

@Andrew Earle, I did join and it has worked out well. It's a great program and I've received enough advice to more than pay the annual fee. The private facebook group has been a tremendous help. The monthly coaching calls are very informative and give you an opportunity to converse with the pros. With all of this being said, it's a little more advanced than brand new flipper (myself). I'm still fumbling through my first couple of deals and have been able to manage by finding deals on the MLS and through wholesalers. In fact, when I first asked the group for paid marketing advice, one of the seven figure members told me I should exhaust the MLS and wholesalers first. It was great advice and landed me a couple of deals. I couldn't have dealt with starting a marketing campaign while feeling my way through the renovation process. The focus of the course is paid marketing. Even though I'm not to the point of tapping into the group's marketing knowledge, it has definitely been a worthwhile experience. If you're ready to build a marketing campaign, this should be the first money that you spend.

@John Reynolds Are you still part of the HFF group? Would love to ask you a couple questions if you are!

I'm a house flipper and wholesaler in Canada. I did 17 deals in 2017 and will do about 20 this year, but building my business to grow.

I am not a member of any of their programs, but I enjoy the podcasts and believe they have great material. My first interaction will be when I go to Flip Hacking Live in San Diego this year in October. I bought my FHL ticket a week ago and my plane tickets yesterday.

I'm not part of the program, and I'm an active contributor to BP so you can see i'm not a shill. I've never taken a guru seminar or course and I'm skeptical of all of them and have been self taught in my business. If I ever take any sort of paid program, I would likely join the 7 figure flipping, which seems to be the best one out there.

I would say you should go ahead and sign up for House flipping formula, it should shorten your learning time and get you making money sooner.

I thought I would post an update here. Obviously my last post shows I was interested in the program. Last October I signed up for 8 Figure flipping while I was at Flip Hacking live. I think I'm one of few who jumped right in to 8FF without going through their other levels. I can't say that it's exactly what I was expecting, but the results have been better than expected.
I've gone from 2 employees to 7 in 8 months. I'd be surprised if I don't gross at least $3m in the next 12 months in wholesale and flip deal profit. My business has blown up.
I knew how to flip/wholesale houses when I joined. This group has just allowed me to scale up so much faster and be a better business owner.
In terms of Justin Williams House Flipping Formula, I didn't need it for myself but I do use many of those videos for training my new hires.

I'm not affiliated with the company, other than being a paying member of 8FF.
