We currently have a bridge loans for two portfolios that we need to refinance. We have already refinanced one portfolio with an interest only loan and are looking to continue refinancing the next two with the same company but I am looking to make sure we are getting the best loan package for the next two before we proceed. Any suggestions of lenders for something like this would be appreciated!

@Steve Morris

Ya, I agree and I’m not cheaping out. I needed it for a deal I had to put under that day. I did find one that will work but I’m now in the process of getting one from my lawyer so I’ll be ready for the next time. But thanks for the help.🙄

I have a property that I am looking to purchase from an owner that is looking to sell the property quickly. I am not sure whether I will keep it and flip it or if I will wholesale it but I am hoping someone might have a good purchase and sale agreement that I could use that will allow me to assign the property if that’s the direction I decide to go. Any Maine real estate investors out there have a good contract I could use?

Has anyone looked into this program? They seem pretty knowledgeable. I can do a 4 week program to help maximize profitability of a future Airbnb property I am going to manage. Cost is $497. Is it worth it?

@Andrew Earle Never mind. Someone just got back to me to let me know they don’t finance investment properties.

I’m finishing a rehab of a house in Kennebunkport, Maine that I’m planning on keeping as an investment property. I’m considering using a local bank in that area but have never worked with them. Has anyone out there ever used Kennebunk Savings Bank in Maine? If so, do they have good investment property refinance options? Is there someone there in particular that is a particularly good loan officer to work with?

@Cody DeLong

Will do if I end up just wholesaling it. One of my flips is moving along more quickly than I thought and will free up a couple of my guys.
