Research on expensive REI programs

I have a quick question and could use some help. I'm writing a paper on real estate investing and I'm looking for research on the expensive REI programs that are out there - I have googled it and have been unable to find any information. Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for information such as:

  • Cost of the program
  • Percentage of people that have success
  • Percentage of people that do nothing/end up with debt and no property.
