Books and courses collecting dust

I am looking at starting up a small real estate investing group in the Tacoma, WA area. If you have any old guru books, tapes, CDs, DVDs, or any other source of real estate investing materials - contact me to send it for a library to be set up for the group to read or listen to.

Many people who buy the courses or books take them home and set them on the bookshelf and never even try to apply any of the techniques. Instead of letting them collect dust - send them to someone who will at least try to get something positive out of them. Perhaps the new investors could then return to the forum here and provide a critique from their viewpoint as to the content of the materials!

Calling for any and all real estate investing materials! I'm sure they won't want to listen to me go blah, blah, blah as to all the deals I have made over the years!
