Has anyone here worked with or purchased a course from Alex Everest out of Minneapolis. I know he's been a pretty active investor in the Minneapolis market for a number of years flipping and doing rehabs. I believe he's new to the "real estate guru" field and I saw he recently published his first course. Wondering if anyone's taken a look at it or knows anything about him.
