Finance a real estate course that comes with community & mentors

HI there I am new to bigger pockets. I never even knew this awesome place existed ! I came on to expand my knowledge of real estate investing. I am a brand new investor. A couple months ago I found a program that comes with lifetime access to over 400 hours worth of classes on wholesale shortsale fix and flip buy and hold deeds liens taxes credit entities like EVERYTHING under the sun related to real estate and we have study groups that meet weekly year round. Plus I have a whole team of seasoned investors that meet locally and are going to help me with deals. This seems totally different than the education gurus i see people posting about on here. And i financed my classes ! 400 down. Thoughts???
