Anyone have an experience with Renatus?

Anyone have any experience with Renatus?  While there may be responses about what people have heard about them, I'd like to hear from someone who is a member.  I'm considering the essentials package at this point, which is the beginner package.  Now, why would I do this when I have free access to information on bigger pockets?  Good question.  While there is an abundance of information on here, there's no guarantee that anyone is going to answer any of my questions on here.  There are a lot of questions posted on here that do not get answered, evidenced by the drop down menu in the upper left corner of this page "Newest questions".  I want to know how to get things started, start to finish and Renatus seems to have this available.  I'm definitely going to stay on bigger pockets because this is a very powerful and free tool to have, but I'm also looking to supplement this really awesome tool with other tools that are out there.  Let me know what you think about Renatus.  Thanks guys.
