I want to give a Huge Thanks and shoutout to @Brian Gibbons. This guy really knows his stuff! We're learning Installment sales, Contract for Deed, Lease ROFR, SUB2, and many more Creative Financing strategies that can be used in implemented in Texas today in these current times.
