Oklahoma Fix and Flip

Hey all, I'm new to BP, fishing for information on fix and flips in the OKC area. This will be my 3rd flip so I am still learing and would appreciate some advice! I got VERY lucky on my first 2 flips in the blanchard/newcastle area and now searching for my 3rd peoperty I'm having a problem finding one. Any tips on finding deals in OKC? I'd like to stay in the range of 20k-50k + rehab but the only properties I'm finding in that range are in not the best areas... Also, what areas in and around OKC are good for fix and flip deals ( Shawne, Cushing, guthrie, el reno etc)
