I have heard from grant cardone to buy multi family as they are good investment, thus I am asking will the book titled big money small apartments by lance edwards be beneficial if I read it and will it teach me a lot about multi family apartments complexes?

My goal is to own properties for long term passive income and have $200k annually in my pocket.

@Account Closed  Hi Al!  Check out Ken McElroy's books:  The ABC's of Real Estate Investing, The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing and He has a Property Management book as well.  Look into Michael Blank.  He puts a lot of free content online.  There are some past forum posts that have provided a bunch of books that others have recommended as well.
