The book on rental properties

Just finished the book on property rentals by bigger pockets. For $10 it is packed full of information. Just wanted to recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about renting. It has everything you need to get started. I'm going to use it to study and help setup a plan to build up some rentals in Oregon. Don't jump into the investment game without getting educated first, knowledge is power.
