Came across the book titled "209 Fast Spare-Time Ways to Build Zero Cash into 7 Figures A Year in Real Estate" by Tyler G. Hicks in a consignment shop. I just cracked it open and I'm curious to see if anyone else has read this book before, and if you have, let me know what you liked or didn't like. Thanks!

I have not read it, but I have a friend that bought an old book from a "guru" back 25 years ago and has done more than 500 deals off of his 10 dollar book! so so not discount it because it was a cheap book.
