I just finished this book and I thought it was great. Matt Desmond writes about the eviction culture in Milwaukee inner city neighborhoods from both the landlord and the tenant perspective. He actually lived in a trailer park and other apartments to see how these people live and how evictions have become a part of their daily lives.
