Schools and Rentability
I am looking at 3 bedroom / 2 bath homes with at least 1 car garage, 1st floor master, no pool, low HOA. My gut tells me one town with really good schools ( > 7 on Zillow) is a better value for getting stable long term renters and retaining/increasing value than a town with lower value schools. Am I not considering something ?
