OK! i have read carlton sheets no down payment, ron legrand fast cash, robert kiyosaki rich dad poor dad (and listened to tapes), and the millionaire next door. All fairly popular writings...Now, what else must i devour???! :lol:

It really depends on what you want to do in real estate. Those books you read were good but they are not going to help you.

Once you find out what you want to do then look for reading material that follows your strategy.
