I just want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to Brandon and Heather Turner for this book. I greatly enjoy this website for the wealth of information shared here including the podcast and investing articles.

I am a REALTOR® in San Antonio in the process of purchasing our first buy/hold investment property. We have reached the amount of money we want to invest and had already previewed some foreclosure properties that had come available. I have the audio version of this book, which I am listening for a second time now and, because of the vast amount of valuable information in it, I decided to order the hard copy. This is DEFINITELY A MUST HAVE! 

One of the main things this book taught me was that, even thou we have the funds to move forward with the purchase, I was not ready to be a landlord yet. This book made me realize that I was missing some key areas in my plan that to become a land lord. I am type of person that have to research EVERYTHING before taking a big step such as this one and this book has it all laid out for me.
