Is Jason's Course Newbie Friendly?

Hello,

question is can anyone really buy this course and get started?! i've really had my fill with the whole guru thing. everyone is just selling information, problem is, to make it profitable they get you to the boot camps to really bust your pockets. i believe in investing in my education...at the same time...don't say you have something that i can just curl up on the couch with a become a COMMERCIAL RE investor within 60 days. how?

i mean it IS possible to create a training manual that can take you step-by-step and teach you everything you need to know to get you to start DOING what you've learned. will this program get me there? i seriously doubt it...because if the manual was all i need, then there would be no need for every last seminar. just set up a toll free line for coaching.

all that to ask...will this program work for a total BEGINNER? Will I have to spend thousands on the bootcamps and seminars?!!
