Hi fellow BP members (Newbies especially),

A lot of gurus claim to be the best, the most knowledgeable and claim to be highly in demand and tell you that you better hurry and sign up for their plan or buy their material. One sure to easily check the validity of their statements is to sign up but only give them basic information like name and number or email, without entering any payment or location info. If they start calling you daily and sending emails following up on completion of your profile that is a sign that they are full of it and that you better turn around and run...FAST. If they were in such high demand they wouldn't have time to babysit you through the sign up process.

I don't believe there is a single thing related to real estate that you cannot find here.
