This is one of those things that you knew going in was b-s. Like watching your bud fall on his face over a woman. when it is so obvious to everyone else but him. I knew it, but had to hear it, I guess it`s call good salesmanship, making the dream easier to get. that`s why I had to ask! there mite have been a chance that these new guys where doing more then just selling b-s. Like these guys at TCS and the others saying they have all these investor ready to buy and we will do it all for you just bring them to us.... but you never seem hear of them buying anything.
So where do you guys feel is the best market right now shortsales or REO`s or flipping. I kinda like the fact that once you get them going (S-S) there can be as many as you can handle in a month. But I have seem that the bks want to see the money before they are really willing to work with you.
Where will the REO`s with in 30-60 days those payment are going to start even if the rehab isnt done or their not rented. So what do you guys hear or think about Jeff Kaller, DC Fawcett
