Candis & Andy Merideth Guru Bootcamp

So last night I attended a Candis & Andy Merideth intro. mtg. for their 3 day bootcamp.  They went thru the usual, embellished success stories to drum up excitement and "business".  It was all going reasonably well until they started showing cash flows on rentals without listing any vacancy and cap- ex set asides.  Obviously this showed even higher monthly cash flows.  However the zinger for me was that "their funding sources", which you would have access too after "graduating" from the boot camp, would charge 1%-3% for loans, generally shorter ones, say, 30 - 180 days (all though they will loan up to 3 years).  No points or fees and most could be with 100% financing.  This was both awesome to hear and not believable!  They made a case that as long as the deals were monitored by the Merideth team, they were happy to lend. Further, since the team was growing and so many deals were flowing, the interest could be so low based on the volume of deals they anticipated.  If you ask me, every major lender has significant deal flow, yet NO ONE offers interest rates this low. For me I typically see 2-3 points and 12% - 14% depending on whether its hard or private money (bank loans, when possible are obviously better).

The cost for their 3 day boot camp is $6,000, but last night only, they would accept $2,000 for those in attendance.  Plus, if you did a deal within the first 90 days after the boot camp and gave a testimonial, they would refund you the $2,000.  Also, if you did absolutely nothing within 6 months of graduating, you would also get a refund. We watch a fair amount of HG TV, but never heard of Candis & Andy Merideth.  Does anyone have any experience with this group.  It does seem compelling, if its all true.............I'm anxious to hear some credible feed back from the BP members.
