Fortune builders
Hello Bp community so I just left a fortune builders three day seminar and I received a lot of valuable information. I was wondering if any of you have ever attended a seminar or ever considered attending one of their mastery programs. They offer great training and mentors and a lot of great leads, which I've been trying to do on my own with very little success. They basically are offering everything that I've been looking for but the tuition is a lot bit (not a typo) expensive. Any thoughts, concerns or advice. I would love to hear you guys opinion.

Hi @Sherita Owens,
I started out the same way and attended the three day seminar. I was interested, so I did join the Mastery Jumpstart program with Fortune Builders. There is a $10K entry level for 6 months training in this program and I found that it totally immersed me into the world of real estate investing. I agree that it is expensive, but they provide many options of leverage for the training. I agree that you can get the same information through BP and asking a lot of questions, but the best part of FB is that they provide a huge library of forms and documentation to establish the same "system" as used by CT Homes. We also took advantage of their NCH partnership to establish our LLC and signed up with great discounts for the Releflow Program, together with the leadpipes and back office system to manage our business office.
I have found the FB Coaching program to be very helpful and they are really on top of any questions or issues that come up. Again, you can get the same basic help in here for much less money, which we did not know at the time we signed up, but I think I would still do it again the same way. FB also offers two training webinars Monday through Thursday and a General Q&A on Fridays. These have been very productive for us as well.
I know that there are a lot of scams out there and people that are looking for a quick buck, so everyone should always check things out completely, to be sure everything offered is really as it is portrayed. Perhaps, my 43 years in criminal investigations has made me a little more cynical than most people, but I also find that it makes me check on everything for myself, before I can believe it. Hope this helps! If you have any particular questions, feel free to let me know.
Thanks,
Scott
