HELP! Fell for the Guru Trap!

So me and my partner fell for this guru trap and signed up for the advanced 3 day bootcamp, but is no where in sight in the near future for our area. Contacted them asking for some mentorship until they were in our town and they proceeded to tell me that mentorship was not offered for me and my partner. Finally I got a hold of someone requesting a refund but they stated that we signed a contract, and I stated that they had not fulfilled their part of the contract. Any advice on how to proceed to get a full refund?

If you paid by credit card, you could dispute the charge. Then the guru would have to prove they provided (or plan to provide) the services you paid for.
