Private Money Lending Course

I'm looking for feedback on any courses, workshops, or home study courses that will give me more knowledge on how to use private money lenders. Some have ready to hand out recorded cds, sample credibility books, marketing materials, and answers to frequently asked questions.

I currently use hard money lenders and I 'm looking for information to help me seek out private lenders.

Any advice or recommendations would be welcomed.
