Anyone used Ameraco "Find it and Fund it"?

Hello,
I posted this once along time ago, and never heard from anyone. This system apparently charges $495 in order to gain access to their network of Buyers. They offer training and materials. You then generate leads, find deals, and you can get funded through them and I guess receive an assignment fee if you are not participating in the deal. Has anyone used this service? You can check it out at www.finditandfundit.com. Thanks, I was thinking of using this to expand my abilities, but don't want to be a victim of a scam. Mike :crazed:

These guys are an ofshoot of Nationwide Real Estate Discounters
