Question about Real Deal Real Estate Investors group

Hi BPer's,

I'm relatively new to BP, but I have become immersed in its wealth of knowledge. I'm wondering if you guys can give me any advice on a group named Real Deal Real Estate Investors - http://realdealrealestateinvestors.com. I attended one of their initial meetings in the DFW area last night and the next step is a phone interview followed by another interview, if you make it that far.

There wasn't an opportunity to get in depth with questions last night, so I'm wondering if anyone has actually used them. What I want to know is if they are charging anything up front and exactly what they're teaching and how they are qualified to do so. It would also be good to know specifically how they're acquiring their deals. Any advice you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
