Does anyone have anything good/bad to say about this service? Specifically, how easy is BackOffice to use, to maintain leads and manage marketing campaigns? 

I like the prefab websites; they're clean and neat. But rather than creating my own Excel file to manage, as a newcomer to the industry can anyone give me reasons to use/not use this service?
