How do we get education without taking out a loan?
:badwords: Okay I am wanting to take my RE portfolio to the next level and I want to get into finding wholesale properties, creating buyers lists, marketing and all the above. Anything to learn and actually make good money in this biz. Have been doing rentals for 3 years and have 17 units with 3 other currently under contract, that's great but its just one avenue and others need to be explored. The problem I have is though everywhere I research to learn a new tactic or am interested in a "guru" I have to drop tons of cash to buy into something that I have no guarantees their "snake oil" is the trick. I would rather put that money towards dirt and deals than making someone else rich. Does anyone have any good resources or can point me in the right direction? I am willing to buy some resources but signing up for $400-$5K+ courses, books and bootcamps just dont seem like a good investment to me. Please help if you can I have become frustrated with everywhere I look online because I am bombarded with the latest magic pill.
