Georgia REIA Boot Camp

I'm a new investor in the Atlanta area. I am also new to the forums (this is my first post). I have been taking advantage of the forum, BP Podcast, and I'm currently reading the BP "Book on Flipping Houses". The education is proving valuable, but I am also a hands-on/visual person. I have signed up for a local BP meet-up, which I am looking forward too. With that said, I came across the "Georgia REIA Boot Camp" on the Georgia REIA website. It's a four day course that seems to be hands on and includes a tour of properties in the area. The course is $595 for members and $695 for non-members. I am curious if anyone has taken this course and if they feel it was worth the cost.

Thanks
