Great Advice & Networking

I'm pretty excited about all the great people and resources that I'm discovering on Bigger Pockets.com  This industry and site seems to have an enormous amount of community and extremely knowledgeable professionals.  Several are willing to lend wonderful advice and pointers to individuals just getting started like myself.

I was recently reading through some of the previous posts with Jerred Morris over at www.jerredbuysaustinhouses.com . The post was great which led me to give him a call out of the blue.  I called him up and we have an hour long conversation.  He shared some major treasures with me on lists, hard money, deal splits, wholesaling, rehabs, contracts, etc. (Disclaimer: He's not an attorney if you are seeking legal advice seek out a real estate attorney.) One of the main things he points out is the importance of ACTION and having follow through!  It was an awesome conversation.  So, I wish all of the new and experienced individual luck and suggest that you not be afraid to develop relationships especially if you could use a bit of help.

Thanks Everyone!!!
