Dear fellow BP investors,

I have been reading Ray Alcon's articles online and they are amazing. His book Dealmakers Guide to Commercial Real Estate also has great reviews, which does not surprise me based on his articles. Does anyone has a used copy of his book that he/she will consider to sell?

Thank you all, Ronen

Ronen, you may be totally innocent, but when people don't take the time to introduce themselves, participate in the forums and make their first post about how great a guru is, we chalk it up to spam. That post serves three purposes, promoting Ray, driving interest to his articles and seeing if anyone will sell his material, which may not be kosher with Ray. While you indicated no relationship, spammers don't either.

What I can tell you is that no one book covers commercial property, I don't know what's in it, but it's not the whole story. :)
