Homesnaps.... secret?

I downloaded an app named Homesnap and basically what you do is while in the app you snap a pic of a house and it brings up all the specs of the house, even price. I was out cruising for dollars earlier and it even helped me identify the house address (home had no numbers to identify it). I believe it said its powered by mls... hmm not sure?

The Challenge: If you have time download the app snap a pic of your house and report back how accurate the info is!! I live in an apt so i can't do this. I'd like to hear back on the information though!!
