Book Recommendations for KIDS

Anyone have any good recommendations for real estate investing books (or investing in general) that I could give my son (a 13 year old) to read to learn the basics? I want him to have a good education in financial literacy and real estate. He already has "Rich Dad Poor Dad for Teens" and asks to read more.

Also, do you think a 7 year old is to young to get started reading these books too?

Thanks

'The Richest Man in Babylon.'

I don't recall the author's name.
