licensed contractors in atlanta area

any licensed contractors in the atlanta area (cherokee county?). I am working with a builder buddy (not licensed) and we've got an opportunity to purchase a lot in a great subdivision in cherokee. Working on the construction loan now, but will need to hire/partner with a licensed contractor. Just thought we'd reach out. I've been reading great things on here so thought I'd post.
