Came across this on social media. Seems odd to promote a coaching service that will help acquire such a wide range of units (15 up to 450!).   What is this $300M proven system that's only been able to return $3M to investors.  Do these success story students actually own that many units or are they partners with limited ownership? How does their track record help? Lots of questions
