Is Frankie Orlando any good?

I'd like to learn more about pre-foreclosures, and I'm intrigued by a book by Frankie Orlando titled "The Pre-Foreclosure Real Estate Handbook." Anyone have any opinions? All the reviews on Amazon are five stars, but I always wonder how many of those are posted by either the author or his friends....
