House Flipping Performance Coaching/Community?
Just wondering if anybody is part of a house flipping performance coaching program? I know the basics of house flipping already and I flip in the Bay Area.
Please don't comment here and say that coaches and etc are scams.
Hey @Gi'angelo Bautista!
I am in Deal Flow, which is a mentorship/mastermind group led by Cam Cathcart.
I have been pleased with it and not just tons of excellent info and resources, but great interaction along with accountability with the focus on taking action.
Feel free to send me a DM if you want to talk more?
Hey Gi'angelo,
I recommend checking out your local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association). They often offer coaching programs that can guide you through the fix-and-flip process, including how to properly assess properties during walkthroughs. It's a great way to gain hands-on knowledge and connect with experienced investors!
@Travis Main unfortunately, there is no local REIA here.

Ive never been to them, I didn't know they weren't active anymore. Hopefully someone chimes in with some places for you.
I found my answer. Hopefully it's helpful for others on this forum. Here are my choices as of today.
- Investorfuel
- 7Figure Flipping
- Collective Genius
For local REIA's, there basically are none after COVID. There is a meetup in the South Bay that happens each month so maybe that's sort of like a REIA, but it's definitely not a place to learn how to flip or be coached. Most local house flippers keep to themselves from what I noticed since I know a lot of them. It's very competitive in the Bay Area.
New update:
I joined 7Figure Flipping through the Runway Program.
I didn't qualify for Collective Genius because I don't do a lot of volume. Investorfuel was very good, but I joined 7Figure because they had a focus on house flipping.
