Looking for a advice/book/ BP podcast on property management partnership

Hello everyone, looking for some help on property management partnership.

I have managed my own properties for a few years and I have helped a friend manage some of theirs. My friend decided to start a management company and wants to have a partnership due to them not having a lot of experience. I have referred them to some people and now I see they are managing other properties.  I was wondering if I should take them up on the partnership. Looked up a few podcasts on BP but didn't know if there would be any others? Should I just start my own? I have talked to a few people on BP who are out of state and they are also looking for a property manager if they buy in my area.

Thanks everyone!
