Subto Mentorship from Pace Morby

Hi,

I joined Pace Morby's Subto mentorship program over 2 years ago and his mentorship and the Subto Community in the program are Awesome! Pace is a great teacher, biggest go giver and he devotes his time and energy to his students. The Subto membership provides guidance and access to documents you need to get deals under contract. There are vast majority of learning videos, zoom recordings available to students upon joining. You will have too many zoom calls and you have to pick and choose which ones to attend. One can't attend all zooms, period! I haven't seen any other mentorship offering so many variety of zoom calls and access to video learnings. The Subto Community members are Great and helps each other. You can buy/sell deals, JV deals within the community. You don't need to join any other mentorship after joining Pace Morby's Subto Program!

How many properties have you bought using Sub To in the two years you've been part of the community?

Silence. Crickets.

No success?? No buy properties?? 

So sorry. Get a better teacha'. One that focuses on actually buying houses.
