Just my 2 cents, but for the newbies you may want to look into joining Subto. Pace Morby is continually adding value to this group. He could just walk away and said he did enough, but he doesn't. I'm glad I joined, the contacts and info I've learned outweighs the price tag by alot and I mean alot. And it's just getting better.
