I was skeptical about doing subject to creative deals and was I really going to be able to use it to purchase my next rental.  Once in the mentorship, it took all of 2 hours to realize it is everything you need to know about real estate, business, taxes, etc.  The list is never ending and the value never stops.  I don't think I would ever compare another mentorship to SUBTO because they are not even close to the same playing field.
