So I have to admit. When I first started subto almost a year ago now. I thought it was going to be like all other courses. They want your money and leave you high and dry to just the material that you paid for. But this is not just a course. This is a family. Any questions and I mean any, as silly as you may think it is. It will get answered by someone, but not will it only get answered, it will be followed up with someone that is willing to help. If you decide to join be ready to be overloaded with not only knowledge, but love, and the crazy amount of go giving from Pace himself. I honestly would have paid more for this program. Pace has topped anyone that I know as far as being a go giver. Not just knowledge and money. But most importantly his time. I honestly don’t know how he does it. He is always on zooms, going to meet ups(all over the country), doing his own deals, helping us do deals and still somehow manages to spend time with his family. This man is unbelievable. He teaches more then just subject to, seller financing. he's teaching us now how to purchase other businesses, cars and more. HE reimbursed 500 students for launch-pad, for anyone who doesn't know that's a 1000$ course. Think about that for a second................. Pace spent $500,000 of his money because he believes in us and wants us to do more and be a go giver like him. wouldn't change my decision for making this purchase.  I could go on and on about Pace Morby and the community he has built and the multiple courses you receive for the price of one. you should see for yourself. if your interested in joining feel free to reach out and we can chat.
